The FIA World Motorsport Council (WMSC) approved a number of regional championship event dates. The African Rally Championship received a stamp of approval for it’s 2025 calendar as well.
The season will kick off with a fantastic bang as part of the 2025 WRC Kenya Safari Rally. 20-23 March, Naivascha, Kenya, will be the place to be. See our African Rally heroes compete side by side with the world’s best and most famous names in Rallying.
The second stop on the 2025 championship route will be Uganda. The Pearl of Africa Rally never disappoints. Fantastic stages, huge crowds, and an electrifying atmosphere. 9-11 May will see our boys and girls strut their stuff. Don’t miss out!
Next up, with the Ugandan dust clouds still hanging in the air, we head to Rwanda for the 2025 Mountain Gorilla Rally. Fast-paced open roads will entertain you beyond your wildest imaginations. Rwanda just hosted the first African general assembly in December 2024, and boy did they put on a show! We look forward to the action on 4–6 July.
The fourth stop on the African Rally Tour will be in Burundi. Guys, this is one not too miss. “New Kid” on the ARC calendar will host its 3rd event this year. Let me tell you, a nation more proud to have this event on their soil is few and far between. The stages, spectator points, and vibe are out of this world. If you have never been to Burundi for a rally, 2025 is a MUST DO on your list. 15–17 August: Burundi will welcome Africa and the world to its beautiful country.
Last but not least, and wow, am I glad to be going back to Tanzania. 19-21 September will see the conclusion of the 2025 African Rally Championship. TZ, welcome back. We thank you for your fighting spirit to be part of the ARC. Indeed, an ASN to recon with. We can’t wait to see what’s installed for the grand finale in September.
